look what the easter bunny brought me!

i just had one of the loveliest easters on record. the whole weekend was wonderful. best of all, we finally got to tell both sides of my huge, extended family our fantastic news:

we're having a baby!

and now you know too. i am so unbelievably happy and silly and tired. ten weeks down and thirty or so more to go!

Congrats! So is it going to be a halloween baby? Babies are so much fun. They are a lot of work, but they give plenty of smiles and love in return. Here is a bit more of the advice I am sure you have pouring in: You are coming up on your second trimester. You are going to be feeling great- take this oppertunity to sleep! Other than that, enjoy! (Oh, take the advice you like and ignore the rest. Every pregnancy is different. This one is yours and you don't have to listen to anyone!)

i'm due november 5, but you know those dates don't really count for anything. so maybe i will have a halloween baby! that would be fun. i like halloween.
